Estacionamento aberto, mas parece ser seguro, quarto amplo, limpo. Quarto de casal tinha apenas um jogo de toalhas, luz do banheiro muito fraca, também senti falta de uma armário com cofre para objetos pessoais e a luz e som do corredor inunda o quarto. Clean , best breakfast opportunities, was a last minute stay, I wish I could give them a five star because see rcvice was top notch but for people who are accessible challenged this is not the place for you. I use a mobility scooter to get around and to go eat the free breakfast It had to be brought to me.. there were no ways to make it to reception without walking down a flight of stairs… no accessible bathroom… there was a stepover to the larger size bedroom . If you have no. Accessible issues.. the hotel is a 5 star. The view from the window with the mountains and the seldom train that billowed. Through the center of the city.. the location of this hotel was beyond breathtaking.

Dentro do esperado, ciênte de que um trem passava próximo, estacionamento rua de trás, TV de uma programação um tanto regular, porém no 4º que ficamos (10 térreo) tinha muto barulho do Ar condicionado do 4º ao lado, choveu na madrugada e tinha uma cobertura próxima da janela era de plástico e parte estava sem abafador de ruído, causando um barulho mais do que normal. Atendimento na recepção muito bem conduzido pela Déborah. A noite não tem muita opção de alimentação próximo, uma pizzaria na rua de trás que prometia wi-fi grátis mais não tinha., apesar dos pormenores recomendo estadia.

Ótimo café da manhã, estadia muito agradável, havia um pouco de barulho mas realmente não me incomodou, o próprio hotel disponibilizou protetor auricular, embora nem foi preciso usar, tudo muito confortável, tudo cheirozinho, beem limpinho e o atendimento é diferenciado, sensacional, muita atenção e cuidado, com certeza voltaria mais vezes!!
