Great place, would stay again

We were only there one night, but it was a great room, clean and quiet, and updated. The bathroom was spacious and clean. We were only given bath towels, no wash cloths or hand towels, but that was probably an oversight. The bed was ok, the mattress was a bit soft, but not terrible. The breakfast was ok, but not a lot of options, and definitely no options for people with gluten and dairy restrictions.

Attractive but breakfast was sub par

I had issues. The hotel called a couple of days later to address them and said they would give a 20% discount.I was impressed with the quick call but so far I'm still waiting for the discount.The breakfast sandwiches "didnt arrive" and remaining options were sugary cereal, juice that was more like koolaid, prepackaged muffins, some bread and bagels and yogurt. High carbs.We chose this hotel partly because breakfast was offered and it was not good.Room issues..super heavy bathroom door that wouldn't stay open,an issue for disabled folks. It was like the exterior doors. hvac too hot or cold, we couldnt get it comfortable. I personally didn't care for the keypad entry. Have to remember the code instead of use a card. Probably ok if we were staying a few nights (might memorize by then) but a nuisance to have to pull out my phone to get the code every time we entered. We were instructed not to write it down on the little folder with our room number for "security reasons". Positives..very clean. Pleasant decor. Quiet. Comfy bed. Easy check in and out. Area surrounding was attractive. Little pub next door was convenient for a quick dinner. Its cute and we enjoyed our food.

Noisy room, small kids running up and down hallway into the night. Overpriced with the view being into the RV camp just outside the window. Over $450 for the night and open the blinds in the morning with a lovely view of a guy scratching his stuff... what's with that?? The hotel is quite far from popular attractions and good restaurants. Upon our arrival for check-in, I was greeted by the front desk clerk, but she informed me that I needed to check in online with someone else. I ended up communicating with a representative from another country via FaceTime. While she assisted me with the check-in process, I felt uneasy about her taking a picture of my ID, but I went along with it. Eventually, I received a small receipt with my room number and details. The hotel appeared clean as we made our way to the room, but I noticed that the elevator was off balance and made strange noises, suggesting it needed maintenance. When we reached our room, we were surprised to find it located behind a trailer park, which we hadn't anticipated—our oversight for not researching the area before booking. The room itself was tidy, but there was some black mold starting to form in the shower. Additionally, we were provided with only two towels for our stay, and the air conditioning unit was quite loud. The bathroom door also made a frustrating noise, and we could hear rowdy guests in the hallway. Breakfast was average at best, which is what I expected. The bar and restaurant next to the hotel felt outdated and unusual; if you enjoy that kind of atmosphere, it might be acceptable. However, the food was mediocre and overpriced. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel due to its location and the experience we had. It claims to

Staff was minimal - I checked in to a TV screen and there was never anyone at the front desk when I needed help. And the TV reception was all apps and very spotty, so I gave up trying to watch anything to relax. I understand trying to be high-tech and efficient, but at what cost to customer service???
