Just needed a room for the night during it travels. This place was clean and quiet . We didn’t check in until very late at night and left early the next morning. But we got a good night sleep.

Friendly check-in. I was on my motorcycle, and the check-in lady gave me an old washcloth to wipe off the road dust from my bike, and she told me to keep it. She also told me about some of the sites to visit in Paris. Clean, quiet, and near stores and restaurants. And, the police department was just one block away, giving me a safe, secure feeling.

Paris AR is off the usual tourist path. There are some quirky fun things to visit around the town square and the nearby Mount Magazine is beautiful. I was in town to visit relatives and I wanted an inexpensive place to sleep vs air mattress in my relatives home and Paris Inn fit my requirements perfectly. This little motel is utilitarian, clean and quiet with soft beds. The sounds from neighbor's cattle were a nice change from the busy highway that I live near.

Good maintenance

Other than B&Bs, this is the only option in Paris. It is an old facility, but the owners do a pretty good job of keeping it up to date and clean. Since we are only in the room to sleep, it works perfectly. We have used it a number of times.

Strong chemicals used air out room before stay not told no guest after 6pm allowed not kid friendly no refunds ever after reserved .

Room had bugs in it (beetles & flies), run down motel. I travel a lot and this may be the worst yet. Very uncomfortable bed and pillows as well. No comforter. I would not recommend and will not be back.

I tried to cancel my reservation as soon as I went inside to check in after seeing how it looked from the outside. After we got in the room, there were bed bugs, there were dead bugs along the baseboards, the tub was dirty. I went and took the key back to the office and to tell him that we were not going to stay and why we weren’t. He started telling me that they didn’t have bugs and to show him. I told him that he had to know and he would not give me a refund. The total that they charged to my bank card was more than what was shown on line.

There are almost zero options in the area . It was clean . Just old . No carpet is the plus . It’s next to a police detention center . But if you can’t get into the lodge at mt magazine or traveling in far for a wedding at Subiaco, it’s fine for the limited hours you need .

Very old and very small. Had to stand in freezing temperatures for around 15 minutes waiting for someone to unlock lobby and check me in. There is no coffee pot in room. It’s old and quaint that supplies the bear minimum. Beds were comfortable.

The room was clean, didn't smell, and everything worked like it should. The beds were comfortable and the towels were good. The shower head in the shower was comically low, but other than that, it was fine. The facility is older, and it shows, but updates have been made in the rooms. It was nice to have a microwave and minifridge.
