Great experience

A beautiful clean lodging. The bathroom door is not the best for family travel. It is glass. Also there is not a scenic view of the Biltmore estate like advertised. Other than that the only issue we had was with the staff that managed the breakfast. She would stand in the way for long periods of time or cut you off to get to things and then act like the guests were inconveniencing her.

)Our stay was wonderful! A special treat was Yamil who worked the front desk. He was personable, accommodating and enthusiastic. He understands customer service. The hotel is currently going through a major change and the staff is working hard to make sure guests are being cared for properly. Thank you Yamil!!!

what I like the place it was so clean and had a really comfy bed and pillows, the bathroom really clean. the entire room was really clean .

Everything looked new and inviting. Wished bathroom door had a way to leave it open for convenience purposes; it would automatically close when you walked out to get something. It would have been great to have a choice to keep it opened; such as a "kick-stand". Bathroom lacked a hook to hang your clothes on. Toilet paper was way too thin; I'd take my own if I stayed again..ONE BIG DISADVANTAGE: Leaving the hotel, I had to wait 10 minutes at their stop light to get on to the main road. . 3 times leaving and I had to wait 30 minutes altogether.

The staff was friendly and responsive to all needs. The breakfast attendant worked tirelessly to ensure everything was stocked and clean. Everything is brand new as the hotel has just reopened.

We booked this hotel as it has an indoor pool however the pool was closed. Nothing on any website stated that the pool was closed. There was also no ice machine on the floors and the front receptionist told us to use the kitchen ice machine, which was nice however that’s unsanitary to allow guest to enter a kitchen unsupervised.

Yamil at the front desk was the kindest and most courteous hotel associate I have ever encountered. Extremely professional and incredibly helpful! Our room was ready and was fabulous. My family enjoyed the breakfast options. Anything we needed for our room was brought to us very promptly. Our family has a new favorite place to stay when visiting Asheville!

Our night clerk Yamil was absolutely awesome. He always had a smile on his face and was ready to help anyway he could. The hotel was undergoing renovations .So we didn't get to enjoy the amenities, but we do plan on going back.
