Excellent service

Good location, nice friendly staff, very helpful. Good size room and the bathroom was a very good size. Very good value for money! The fact that the room was in a different building to the actual hotel. The entrance was very run down and had a very distinctive smell that slightly put me off. It was advertised as 3 beds but we got one double bed and a sofa bed.

HĂŽtel lamentable j’arrive dans l’hĂŽtel on me dit qu’il est complet et on m’amĂšne dans un autre hĂŽtel ok je ne dis rien. Je suis fatiguĂ©e je verrai ça demain. J’arrive dans le fameuse hotel qui n’a rien Ă  voir avec ce que j’ai rĂ©servĂ© la chambre est minuscule hors je n’avais pas rĂ©servĂ© pour une chambre de ce genre. Le lendemain je demande Ă  changer on me dit que ce n’est pas possible donc je reste lĂ  oĂč je suis. Le 3 ieme jour je rentre dans l’hĂŽtel rt je vois mes valises a la rĂ©ception !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ils se sont permis de toucher Ă  mes affaires sous prĂ©texte ma rĂ©servation finissai ce jour mais pas du tout Javais payer pour 11 nuits j’ai dĂ» sortir les documents que j’avais heureusement imprimĂ© pour montrer la preuve. Ils se sont « excusĂ©s » et je suis remontĂ©e dans la chambre avec mes valises. Chambre petite et sale trĂšs sale mĂȘme. Emplacement top en revanche seul point positif vraiment. Un conseil n’allez pas dans cet hĂŽtel !!!!

Rien ne nous a plu. J’avais rĂ©servĂ© pour une chambre Budget Room pour 3j qui me paraissait normale depuis plus d’un mois. ArrivĂ© Ă  l’hĂŽtel, le rĂ©ceptionniste me propose une chambre en sous-sol sans fenĂȘtre alors que cette particularitĂ© n’avait pas Ă©tĂ© mentionnĂ©e lors de la rĂ©servation. Nous n’avons pas acceptĂ© cette chambre, il nous propose de payer d’abord 36€ puis 12€ que nous avons refusĂ©. Il nous exigĂ© de faire un transfert dans un autre hĂŽtel Blue Istanbul qui apparement appartient Ă  la chaine d’hĂŽtel. Il a dĂ©cidĂ© de faire appel Ă  un taxi sans nous prĂ©venir qu’il a ensuite laissĂ© Ă  notre charge. Ce taxi nous a conduit dans le quartier de l’hĂŽtel et nous a laissĂ© en pleine rue sans nous guider : alors que nous connaissions ni Istanbul ni la langue turque. Nous Ă©tions en pleine panique, nous avons fait appel Ă  un commerçant qui nous a portĂ© secours et a appelĂ© plusieurs hĂŽtels dans les environs sans succĂšs et a fini par contacter le rĂ©ceptionniste qui nous a transfert. ArrivĂ©e dans le nouvel hĂŽtel, le nouveau rĂ©ceptionniste a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs aimable, comprĂ©hensif et accueillant. Le reste du sĂ©jour s’est bien dĂ©roulĂ©.

Good budget hotel.

Check-in process was very poor. Check-in time was 1 pm and our room was not ready until 2:30 pm. Hotel is not far from the Blue Mosque but you have to take a steep hilly road to get there. Overall a good budget hotel.
