The service was great! Staff were kind and welcoming. The hotel is only 5 min walk to Las Setas. Other attractions are near and walkable as well. Room was how it was described. It was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. The heater/AC was working well too!! They also allow luggage storage. Would definitely comeback

Perfect City Break Stay

A great hotel in a central location. Clear check in instructions and very well equipped room, with a kitchenette and small outside garden area. The complimentary bottle of Cava was a lovely surprise! Would definitely recommend for a reasonably priced city stay in Seville.

The room is downstair. When you open the curtain you see a dirty wall, no sky. The bathroom was dirty, there are some hairs on the walls and floor. There was no slipper at the room, I told the reception but there was no slippery. Without no slippery, it was hard to have a clean bath in that dirty bathroom. There was a receptionist girl who welcomed us at 8th March, she was very helpful. But there was a girl (with eyeglasses) with whom we checked out 13th March Friday morning, she did not help us to call a taxi. We did not like her mimics and behaviors to us. We just wanted her to help us call a taxi near the hotel since we have large luggages, but we had to walk a lot because of her. We had come to hotel by taxi (just the corner of Duenas) when we checked in 8th March. The room should be cleaner. The walls of the bathroom should be painted. There should be a slippery, shampoo etc. for the visitors in the room. Downstair rooms should be informed to the visitor while reserving a room.
