We loved this hotel. It’s such a good location. Right next to train street, and really close to shopping and great places to eat in the old quarter. Ms Thai and Phuc could not be more helpful, and the breakfast was good. Some fixings are a bit old but the beds are comfy and amenities good. Great value.

Super close to all the good stuff in Hanoi—local shopping, great food, and even some bars, including a speakeasy just a 1-2 minute walk away. The staff was really friendly and helped us out with things we weren’t familiar with, like tours, airport transport, and food recommendations. The room was super spacious and perfect for the five of us. I was also glad they had an elevator, which made dealing with our big luggage so much easier.
