The front desk staff are stars. I’m very impressed with their level of dedication to provide the best customer service they could with all the limitations being in a remote area and an old building with all kinds of challenges.

Give them a try

I think people just have to give this place a chance. It has plenty of potential, rooms are big, hallways are wide, it’s pretty clean. I think when you are in Inuvik, you have to adjust your expectations. Staff are super friendly and trying their best with limited resources. It’s really not a bad place to take a snooze.

Needs new management

Room looked like it was a nice room at one time but run down and so maintenance has been done in some time. Breakfast bar was horrible, why even have one if you aren’t going to maintain it and serve warm condensed milk.
