Third time stayed in this hotel. It is centrally situated and although surrounded by lots of pubs and nightlife in Belmont Street, no noise was heard at all in my room. Friendly, helpful staff check-in and out. I was able to leave my small case in a locked room in bar to go Christmas shopping. Room immaculately clean, lovely Scottish bottles of hand soap, hair/body wash and conditioner. I will definitely stay here again

Great location, room immaculate, great air con as I was in room 8 which is down several floors and so hot when I arrived. Was braw and cool very quickly. Check in and check out staff really lovely. Can remotely check out, leaving door cards but I went into the bar to check out, as they let you leave your luggage; which is fab as I went shopping. Have a further 2 stays booked here. Highly recommend.

Really friendly lady at check in and out. Hotel was well situated and the room was clean, comfortable and had great air conditioning. Whirlpool bath with overhead shower, lovely Scottish shampoo, conditioner and hand wash. I will definitely stay here again. It would have been difficult if my partner was with me as he is waiting on a hip replacement and there were a lot of stairs to the room I was in.
