We booked this room a year in advance with three people. Called to add a child and was told no problem. Checked in at 9:00am and asked again about adding a child to the room. Again, was told no issue and that they would even “upgrade” our room for free. Left for the day see the sites and came back to get our keys. Magically, a new person was working the front desk and wouldn’t give us our room because we had four people. He told us it was a fire code. We had to leave at 7:30 the next morning to get in a cruise so we were completely stuck. They offered us another room for 190 euros!! We had no choice at that point and had to pay for the additional room. When we checked out they charged us a hotel tax of an additional 22 euros. Even though I booked through Hotels and all taxes were supposed to be included, we were still charged! To make matters even worse, when we grabbed breakfast in the morning, two employees saw our name and that we had to rooms and started laughing about the incident in whispers. They didn’t know realize that I understood Italian and heard them bragging about getting us to purchase another room. The hotel is clean, but I would not recommend it to any families.

Hotel confortável é muito bem localizado, próximo da estação Termini. Para quem necessita ficar nas imediações em razão de deslocamento, é uma decisão acertada hospedar-se no Hotel. Já muitos restaurantes próximos. O atendimento é excelente com bom café da manhã.

Not Good

The only good thing:close to train station, I stayed only one night to catch an early flight. The staff in the check in and check out were not friendly and the one at checkout was very rude, the only nice person was the guy that help you with the luggage and I am not a sensitive person, the breakfast was ok nothing special, the room was nice but small for $372 a night and the most important the AC didn’t work, I have to open the windows for some air, I didn’t complain because I got there late and tired to get my flight the next day. Now at checkout I just said my room number and the staff said to me “Are you leaving early Mr Whiteside” and I said no is just one night and I am not Whiteside, then the staff started to talk in Italian in a very mad way to other staff and I even didn’t mention the AC problem. They charged me the city tax and it was like a get out here. I left thinking that Mr Whiteside complained about the AC and he was moved to another room and they gave me that room after knowing the AC problem. After 5 hotels in 12 days in Italy I thought this one is gonna be great because the reviews, the cost etc etc, but was the worst. Definitely not recommended to my friends or anybody else.

Great hotel near the train station.

It was a one night stay, close to the train station. We trained in from Tuscany to catch an early flight out of Rome. It was the perfect hotel for that. Convenient, clean and the staff was very helpful.
