Høytliggende rom med flott uteplass

Kommunikasjonen med verten var rask og god fra før vi ankom og gjennom hele oppholdet. Vi spurte om baggasjeoppbevaring og fikk mulighet til tidlig innsjekk hos kjempehyggelig renholdspersonale. Rommet var greit nok, god seng, gratis vann og kaffe/ te. Beliggenheten er nesten på toppen av byen, for å unngå trapper må man følge Via Colombo når man kommer ut av tunellen fra jernbanestasjonen og gå helt opp forbi toalettene på høyre hånd, der tar man skarpt til høyre opp Via di Loca og får overnattingsstedet på venstre hånd etter noen meter. Romslig uteplass med utsikt over byen og havet, bord med to stoler og solsenger. Minus var: manglende blendingsgardiner, skoddene på verandadøra kunne ikke lukkes helt, og bare den ene døra ut kunne åpnes. Kirkeklokkene i denne byen ringer hver halvtime gjennom hele natta, så det kan være vanskelig å sove. Men veldig flott sted å bo, hvis man skal bo i denne byen. Vil man ha morgensol, må man bo på andre sida av hovedgata. En siste ting: nabokatten kom plutselig på besøk, så ikke ha døra åpen ubevoktet 😉

1) if you can, get the room with terrace / balcony. The view is really nice. 2) Walk a couple of steps to cafes, restaurants and local grocery shops and even key sites in Riomaggiore, because it's small. 5 to 15 minutes typically. 3) Host was very helpful, balancing attention and privacy. 4) Quiet and comfortable bed. Note there are 2 ways to get to the accommodation from the train station. One with stairs (Riomaggiore is after all on hills), another up slope but no stairs. We chose the second as we had heavier luggages and it was manageable.

Magnifique auberge dont 3 Chambres avec balcon qui donnent sur la ville et vue sur la mer. Lits très confortables, frigo, grande salle de bain. Bien situé , un peu à l’écart donc paisible mais près du centre. Riomaggiore est un superbe village.
