Wonderful Experience for honeymoon trip

Excellent service provided by Dimitrios. He arranged everything for our honeymoon trip. The accommodation is awesome with perfect balcony view and private jacuzzi.

The room is very clean and beautiful ! We especially like the outdoor jacuzzi because it can see the view of the ocean . The reception are very nice . They recommended us for the caldera yachting and some tourist spots. They are so friendly ! The suite is located at a very convenient location . You just have to walk 10 minutes to the bus station . I’ll definitely come back again .

Worst customer service I’ve ever had

I received an email the day of checkin at 1pm saying reception is closed at 5pm and I need to call the emergency number on the door and someone will accommodate us directly to our room. My booking receipt clearly states checkin is open til midnight. After a day of traveling from Canada, my flight arrives at 7pm so when we arrive at hotel I use my phone but the number doesn’t work because I don’t have a Greek SIM card. After 30 mins I am able to borrow a kind passerby’s phone and call. No one comes to help, I’m told to go to room101 and the key is there. Someone else is in 101 so my wife, son and I decide to check all the other rooms to find the open one. The suites are all over but we find it(30 mins more). When I explain the situation in morning to Dimitri, he says we give no apologies and explains the govt only lets him work 8hrs(so hire someone to cover it, right?) Another thing to note is the ‘hottub’ is only allowed to go to 33 degrees and they won’t raise it so don’t pay extra for it if you like hot tubs that are actually hot. And lastly, there were lots of small bugs all dead outside our entrance when we arrived and after the room was cleaned the next day, they were all still there so attention to cleanliness is almost as low on the priority list as customer service. When I asked Dmitri the next day if he had spoken to the owner about me, he replied “for what?” Come visit Santorini but don’t stay here.

L’hôtel est bien placé. L’hôte est très serviable et disponible rapidement, rendant notre séjour parfait. Il est possible de réserver des activités directement via l’hôtel. La chambre est composé d’un jacuzzi, ce qui est très agréable. Si vous êtes en voiture, scooter, … il est possible de s’y garer. Rien à dire. Merci pour tout. Si vous le pouvez, allez manger dans les deux restaurants au dessus de l’hôtel. Un délice !

It was a convenient location. Hot tub in the room was a tick. The town is walkable with lot of dining and shopping options. Limited parking space was an issue . No proper property signage on main road makes it hard to locate the property.

Excellent value for the money and centrally located in Fira, a 10 minute walk away from Santorini's main bus hub. Demitri is a lovely host and provided a fresh water bottle and Nespresso pod every day for us, and arranged a ride to the airport cheaper than the local taxis. We will stay here whenever we are back to Santorini!!

First, Dimitrios K. provided wonderful service to us and suggested different outings and restaurants to try. He arranged transportation pickups and dropoffs, and arranged last minute in-room facials and massages for my friend and I. The hotel was close to Fira shopping and restaurants. The views from the hotel were beautiful. Each of the suites have their own private balcony and hot tub. The only “con” of this stay was the temperature of the hot tub, could have been warmer, but that might be an American preference. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
