The breakfast was not completely stocked and no one to ask for anything like a banana or plain vanilla yogurt. We ended up eating breakfast and had to go out. When I booked it specified it was pet friendly! It did not say anything about a non-refundable deposit. When we arrived we were charged a $75.00 non refundable pet fee. We booked this hotel specifically because of the no fee. When I mentioned this to the front desk assistant, she didn’t care and just took my credit card.
