We only spent one night at the hotel waiting for a cruise. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. The room was small but very clean. We declined the breakfast as it cost 20 euros per person. We were able to walk into Venice for dinner and breakfast at a cafe the next morning. Close enough for a nice walk in the morning. The 12 o’clock check out was nice.

We had a fantastic stay, the staff are brilliant, super friendly, the hotel is really modern, clean and comfortable. Also, it’s located perfectly for exploring Venice, right next to buses, trains for your arrival and right next to the entrance to the city or the water boats if you’d prefer to take this rather than walk through.

We stayed here for two nights while visiting Venice on vacation. It was a little further from a lot of the touristy hot spots but the walk is manageable and you were out of the hustle and bustle. There were many other options of transportation if walking is not preferred. The hotel was nice and quiet and the staff were all very nice and helpful. Super close to the train station so that is a big benefit. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was modern and also very quiet. It was close to the front area of Venice. The cab dropped us off right in front and the day we left we walked to the bus station. 10 minute walk. Water coolers by the elevators to fill your bottles. 100% best hotel in Venice
