Wonderful small hotel

This small boutique hotel is very lovely, quiet, unique and cozy. This felt little bit like home away from home. Staff is great - so friendly and helpful!! It’s in the heart of old town and location is great, unless you want a beach holiday but Las Canteras beach is only 7-8€ taxi trip away. Rooms are nice and they have respected old features when renovating the hotel, beds are huge and comfy. AC very efficient. I think all rooms are unique and we had room 13. Rooftop terrace was really nice place to relax and sunbathe and there is well stocked honesty bar. In rooms some furniture were not same standard as building/renovation and fridge in the room would be nice. Breakfast was great . Parking was offered in near by parking house and it was handy and easy to use.

Customer focused and peaceful boutique stay in a quiet street. 2 minute walk to numerous bars and restaurants, quaint coffee shops. The central bus station is 10 minutes away where you can explore the island with ease. Perfect for a short city trip to explore the history of the area

Fint opphold med god service!

Et lite koselig hotell, beliggende i et veldig fint område i gamlebyen. Mitt rom manglet vindu ut, men det fungerte greit likevel. Trivelige ansatte, og daglig god rengjøring av rommet. Ikke minst en god frokost, og et fint uteområde på taket med et lite basseng, sittegrupper og selvbetjent bar. Alt i alt et fint og moderne hotell. Mitt hotell hadde en begrenset aircondition, men i januar med normale utetemperaturer fungerte det bra. Ventilasjon kunne vørt bedre, spesielt når dusjing skaper fuktig luft - men det var egentlig ikke noe problem.

Lovely hotel… our room was lovely but the only thing which was a little disappointing was that it had no exterior windows so you felt as if you were in a cave, but was the only one left when we booked, the breakfasts were delicious, savoury and sweet and really healthy and the roof terrace also a lovely place to relax

Definitely recommend to stay there

Very nicely renovated hotel in the old town of las palmas, a very enjoyable area, quiet and safe yet enough places to go to, and easy access to bus station to go anywhere needed on the island. The breakfast was as others mentioned really enjoyable, more like a brunch with a salty and sweet choice + coffee and orange juice all that on the rooftop terrace with a view over the cathedral. The staff was really friendly, and the place was really clean and quiet.

Så kan det ikke blive meget bedre

Perfekt rolig lokation i det gamle kvarter, tæt på en mange små hyggelige restauranter. Super venligt og opmærksomt personale - altid med et stort oprigtigt smil på læben. Spændende indretning - store rene værelser .Dejlig tagterrasse og sidst men ikke mindst meget lækker morgenmad der serveres ved bordet. Kommer MEGET gerne igen

Our room was on ground floor. Rather dark without any windows. Good beds, clean room but no closets. Toilett and shower separated by glass, can be disturbing for your sleeping partner if you need to go at nigh. Nice breakfast on roof terrace with great view. Our experience over the years is when you book by hotels.com you often gets the least attractive rooms, sorry to say.

Pros and cons

Overall a good boutique hotel. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast excellent. The room didn’t have any windows though and it felt a bit frowsty and dark. Furthermore the sliding door to the bathroom was quite hard both to open and close. With that said, the staff was really nice and helpful.

Great little boutique hotel.

A very comfortable stay at this delightful little boutique hotel. Great position right next to the cathedral with lots of tapas restaurants and bars nearby. The staff were all very friendly and attentive.
