Lovely place to stay, really friendly staff nothing was to much trouble, breakfast was included which is always an bonus and it was cooked to order so was lovely and hot, room spotless and clean towels when needed, will deffently stay again.

Clean room, the staff were lovely, and very helpful. The hotel was quiet when we stayed, no noise through the night. We had a full breakfast, which was included in the price, it was plenty! Parking is free for the length of your stay, but make sure you log in at the desk on the digital pad with your registration number. Definitely would stay there again if the need arises!

We used the hotel as a base and used the close by ferrytoll park and ride to get in to Edinburgh, about a 30-40 bus ride. The hotel was clean and had everything we needed. We didn't eat hear so can't comment on that but I would recommend ear plugs as the walls are a wee bit thin.

Doesn't look much from the outside but lovely inside comfortable bed and clean modern room, our room window was broken at the top so very cold draft but cranked up the heating and it was fine. Shower was cold, and breakfast was served to late for us leaving and no staff to be seen unless you phone them, but for the money it was fine for what we needed.

The overall stay was pleasant. There was once incident where our room key card slipped into the gap between the wall and furniture and it could not be retrieved. We were charged for a new room key card almost immediately when we went to seek help with the issue and we were not given a chance to retrieve it. Such instances could have been avoided but still we were charged for this accident waiting to happen.
