Wonderful place to stay. Beautiful rooms and hotel in general. Breakfast was amazing and even had gluten free options in the morning! Although, our experience was tainted by screaming misbehaving children in the pool area and it sounded like others were jumping off the beds in the room above us at night. This was not the hotel’s fault though. Might not be a good place for a romantic getaway with all the screaming kids.

Room was clean, bedding a bit worn out. Nice surprise to have gummy worms left in the room for us. Breakfast was really good, nicest lady working there. Check in slow and tedious, but checkout was quick and kind service. Bought or aquarium tickets at a discount at the receptionist in the hotel in the morning. Nice stay.

Room was not as advertised. My grandson had to sleep in the floor. He had a tick crawling up his leg! The carpets are dirty. This comes from letting animals sleep in your hotel. I cannot recommend. However the clerk who checked us in went above and beyond to help us with extra bedding for the floor. She SAVED our stay
