Manage expectation

Dont expect luggage assistance, front reception is not guest oriented .Location is the best and room is very comfortable. The bed and beddings are excellent. Housekeeping is two thumbs up. Breakfast is a middle of the road

The standard room had a very tight bathroom which can present safety issues. The exposed water pipe/radiator on the bathroom wall were boiling hot and caused first degree burns to the arm of my travelling partner. While they eventually put us in a room with a bigger bathroom this could have been prevented if they had proper safety checks in the first place. The room carpet floor also had an exposed sharp staple which can cause injuries. There were no apologies from the hotel. It felt like they didn't care about customers. They only acted on the room change when I requested it rather than proactively offering it to make things better. The bar on the top floor was also very restrictive as you couldn't just have a drink. The breakfast was plentiful and sufficient but nothing to shout about. They're renovating rooms on other floors so the lifts were a bit chaotic and took ages to get through the floor. They're relying too much on the landmark name of the hotel at the expense of providing a great experience to customers.

Ok hotel, good internet. Our room was at the back side, but on 24th floor, so grate view. Not the most moder room and might need a little bit more atention from m Maintainenece staffto be perfect. It tok some time to use the elevator as it always had 5-6 stops on its way It was a lot of Indian guests at the hotel. The line to get omelette was wery long so newer tryed it May bee make a few standard wersiones of omelett so peole could just take the one they wanted. It is around 300m to the Kok Tobe lift and 7-800m to a shopping mall

Das Hotel ist ordentlich und sauber. Das Personal ist aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Bei Temperaturen von unter -15 °C merkt jedoch, dass die Wärmeisolierung nicht dem heutigen Stand entspricht.

Das Hotel ist ein Blickfang, man findet es auch auf der Rückseite des 5.000er Geldscheins, aufgrund seiner Höhe sieht man es von weitem. Lobenswert muss man die Freundlichkeit und Flexibilität des Hotelpersonals anmerken, dass trotz Ankunftszeit um Mitternacht Zimmerkorrekturen vorgenommen hat!!! Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, sauber, das Frühstück war auch sehr gut; einzig die Einrichtung war teilweise aus älterer Zeit so auch die Fenster. Aber dem guten Gesamteindruck hat das nicht geschadet.

Great stay!

Great location, amazing views, iconic hotel. The room was clean and comfortable but a bit outdated. It didn’t bother me though. The view was great from my room and from the top bar/ restaurant in the 26th floor.

They arranged airport pick up in request and also gave us a room on a higher floor which had an amazing view of the city and the mountains. One of the best places to stay as Dostyk Plaza one of the biggest shopping malls is just 15 min of a walk away and our pick up place for our tours Renon Zyliha was also nearby, just a 10 min ride.
