Really nice hotel and one of the best I've stayed at in Llandudno. Very clean, very quiet and nice friendly staff on check-in and check out. Room was spotless and facilities were spot on.

A lovely welcome, pleasant public areas, great views, good bathroom. A small double is very small - not helped by a bulky chair making it difficult to walk around.

It was a nice place to stay. However, it would have been better to have more staff members at breakfast as there was only one and our breakfast came a little late, delaying our plans. Overall, I enjoyed my stay there.

Clean room hotel could do with a little tlc. The mattress could do with renewing. Had a continental breakfast and it was okay but I have had better. Basic cereal yogurt and toast. No fruit, cheese meats or pastries

There lead on the hairdryer bared back to the 2 inner cords. So not appropriate, very visible and in laws/regulations, dangerous. Whole Bathroom needed updating. It's like they've tried to keep something renovated in the nineties, clean and acceptable 30 years later. For the £95 a night (breakfast an additional £10) you'd hope for a more modern/celubrious establishment. But it's just a nice clean B&B really, just overpriced. Staff friendly enough. Bed condition ok.

Seafront property with beautiful views of the pier and orme. Very clean and well presented, room was very warm on our arrival and the window didn't open, luckily the room cooled a lot following the closing of the curtains. Comfy bed. Great parking (paid) right outside.

Great beachfront location, right in front of the beach and close to local amenities. However, the rooms (standard rooms) need updating, especially the shower and toilet, which felt outdated. Staff were friendly, but the hotel would benefit from refurbishment.

Only stayed for one night and we were a bit dubious when we first arrived as the was scaffolding al around the hotel which we did not know about. But walk through the door and it was lovely. Nice area to sit by reception, we stayed in room 11. Lovely room, clean, tidy and very comfortable. Had everything we needed for our night stay. Would definately stay again
