I love staying here, the staff is always so helpful and friendly. The rooms are very comfortable and clean and each one has its own a/c which is very nice! Tons of amenities and nearby shops & restaurants!

Not the best if I’m completely honest, price was pretty high. Plus had to leave a $20 “refundable” cash deposit- that we didn’t get back because “they didn’t have cash in the register” Very confused by that. Rooms were big, had kitchen, stove, fridge & full closet.

I did not like the front office staff saying that the check out is at 10:30 AM. The website and my reservation on Expedia had it as 11:00 AM. Even a five star hotel does not say 10:30 check out. Misleading information pressurizing me to check out by 10:30

Pros: Friendly staff, comfortable, across from shopping and restaurants. Cons: Old, dirty floors, shower goes from boiling to freezing. Overall feels like you’re staying at a friend’s old house. Not terrible but also not the best.

Although the staff appeared friendly enough, this hotel was perhaps the worst location I stayed at in the last 20 years of traveling the United States. From the obnoxiously loud permanent residence above me to the halfhearted repairs of the bathroom to the complete inconvenience as the room itself I will definitely never return to this location. I’d rather sleep in a campground. In fact, I slept with my clothes on and did not run the AC for fear of disease/pests. These folks need to do some serious thinking about what they actually offer.
