Es ist überall sehr warm. Das warme Wasser kommt direkt aus dem Boden. Es gibt 3 große Schwimmbäder. 1x nur Frauen. 1x nur Männer. 1x für Familien. Alles ist sehr großzügig und sauber. Die Zimmer sind gross und sauber, inkl. Bademantel und Hausschuhe. Am Abend keine Unterhaltung. Das Essen könnte besser sein, leider etwas fade. Keine Brötchen etc.

A perfect place for relaxing, culture and nature

The hotel is very beautiful, the staff is nice and helpful. They lent us a book about Kütahya from which we found many interesting places to visit during our stay. The surroundings of the hotel is beautiful, it's a good choice for a person that wants tranquility and access to nature, but still easy access to the city. We used the spa services daily. Covid precautions were taken well into account. We had a rented car and the location was perfect for exploring the surrounding areas. I recommend to go see the Aizanoi and the Phrygian Valley. Warm on a freezing night

The complex, on a cold winter night in November, was warm and inviting. Lockdown was in full swing so all amenities were not up and running, but the hot bath I had in our room was wonderful. They are enormous and hot was copious. Once the road approaching the complex has been repaved it will be even better.

Reserviert wurde ein Exclusive - Zweibettzimmer, jedoch wurde uns vor Ort mitgeteilt, dass es solch ein Zimmer nicht gibt! Statt einem Upgrade ohne Ähnliches haben wir ein Downgrade auf ein Ferienzimmer erhalten, welches einer Wohnung entspricht und durch viele verschiedene Nutzer benutz wurde. Das Zimmer war dementsprechend in einem sehr schlechten Zustand! Außerdem war das Zimmer trotz 2 Stunden Wartezeit nicht vorbereitet! Es fehlten alle zum Standard eines Hotelzimmers gehörenden Accessoires wie Handseife, Duschgel und Tee/Kaffee. Das Zimmer war unterirdisch und trotz Beschwerde hat sich keiner drum gekümmert. Das Zweite Minuspunkt sind die geöffneten Aktivitäten und der Besuch dieser. Es war aufgrund der Pandemie nur das Außenpool sowie Geschlossene Pool mit Türkischem Bad geöffnet! Diese kann man nur besuchen, wenn man vorher telefonisch einen Termin für 3 Stunden Benutzung bucht! Am ersten Tag konnten wir der Außenpool nicht nutzen, da angeblich keine freien Plätze zur Verfügung standen! Der dritte Minuspunkt ist das Essen! Die Qualität und Auswahl ist selbst in einem Dorf Restaurant / Imbiss besser! Das Service war ebenfalls sehr schlecht und zum Abendessen gab es nur Wasser und zum Frühstück gab es nur Tee! Es fehlten Kaffee und Säfte, was mittlerweile Standard ist. Die Auswahl der Speisen war sehr schwach, es standen nur 2-3 Hauptspeisen zur Verfügung der Rest waren Salate und Süßes, wobei Auswahl und Geschmack ebenfalls sehr ernüchternd waren!
