The welcome was very good and the staff were friendly. Overall, the cleanliness was acceptable, although there were some issues: the sink drain was dirty and the curtain was torn, which didn’t block the light — we were woken up by the sun as early as 5 a.m. In addition, at 8:30 a.m., housekeeping knocked loudly and shouted to ask if we were leaving that day. This was quite disrespectful, especially so early in the morning while we were still sleeping.

Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. The place is older but the rooms are SOOO CLEAN, beds very comfortable and very fair price. It’s very obvious that the staff here cares about the cleanliness of the guest rooms. We will be staying here when we come to Laramie from now on rather than spending twice as much or more at one of the chain hotels!
