The area around the property was excellent. It felt very safe and quiet, with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. Everything was walkable, which made the stay very convenient. Parking was easy, and transportation access was great. Overall, a great location and an enjoyable stay.

It was literally like having an apartment in the City of Boston. The building is secure. The reception area workers are extremely friendly, welcoming and courteous. The apartment is fully furnished with great amenities and very clean. There are also plenty of restaurants and shopping in the area.

The place was great. I have no complaints with the condo itself. Therefore, but my only complaint is with parking which has nothing to do with the property. If you plan to bring a vehicle, I read somewhere that parking was available for $31 per day but it never states where this garage is located. After circling the building I finally got out and asked where they recommend parking and they said the LAZ parking garage located at 660 Washington but we were welcome to park anywhere. We ended up parking there even know the price was $28 every 12 hours. Just want to give a heads up to communicate that a litte better to anyone else that may be arriving with a vehicle.

I would not recommend this property. The accommodations fell well below expectations. The advertised sofa bed was broken and extremely uncomfortable as the metal pokes off the bed. It is infront of a large window with no proper curtain so expect to wake up at 5.30 am when the sun hits your face. The bedroom itself lacked proper privacy, as it was separated only by a damaged sliding door with no window and with no door. The unit was also not maintained to an acceptable standard of cleanliness as no one cleans the room. To make matters worse, there was active construction taking place within the hotel during our stay, which created significant disruption. Annoying as it is graduation season in Boston and this could have been planned better. The property lacked many of the basic amenities and features one would reasonably expect from a comfortable stay. The management was also inflexible regarding a modest late check-out request, which was particularly challenging while traveling with a young child. Overall, the experience was disappointing from start to finish, and I would strongly encourage prospective guests to consider other options that are better priced.
