This hotel is in a great location, everything is on your doorstep. Before getting to the hotel, correspondence was very informative. Room was as described and had everything you would need. Staff at the hotel were all lovely and made the stay very enjoyable. We would definitely recommend and hopefully return one day.

The welcome was again great, the room was large and well fitted out. The only down would be that when you leave the room and take your room card everything switches off including the fridge and AC. I would recommend this hotel to guests who want to be in a great location and don’t mind climbing a couple of flights of stairs. We will be back next time we are in Krakow.

Couldn’t get a better location to tour Krakow from. Only about 200 meters from the main square and close to Tour pick up points. Good communication and instruction prior to arriving and met with a warm friendly welcome upon arrival. Room was clean a a good size, good shower, nice toiletries and tea/coffee available all day. Would definitely recommend and if we were to come back would stay here again.

Overall this was a good choice just off the main square - great location, very comfortable & spacious. Breakfast was served at a lovely cafe 2 doors down & was good although didn't open until 9am so a bit restrictive if you planned early morning activities . The only downsides were noise at the weekends from the bar next door (Friday night especially) & with reception not manned we had a bit of a chaotic check-in having to wait over half an hour for someone to arrive despite providing flight info & whatsapping. The staff member was lovely & apologetic when she arrived & it was fine but self check in might be easier - although I always prefer a personal touch. The room was clean (slthough our glasses weren't washed by housekeeping) & bed super comfy so lots of positives!

Honestly couldn’t recommend this place enough! The location was perfect, it was so close to everything and felt like a safe area. The staff were lovely and we were able to check in slightly early when we arrived as our room was ready. The room was absolutely gorgeous and very clean and had everything we needed. Have already recommended it to 2 people planning trips to Krakow!
