Here are the problems we had
1. On the listing it said that the hotel staff spoke French and English, Valerie the owner, who we dealt with only spoke French, no English, which was very difficult for us as we have only a little French.
2. A few days before our stay and after the refundable period had ended, we received an email from Valerie that we would either need to bring or own bed linens or pay Euro 38 to the hotel for the use of their linens, this was the first we heard about this. We called the number given in the message numerous times over the following days but no answer.
3. WIfi signal that we were given by Valerie was so weak that it kept dropping out and was useless.
4. When we asked for toilet paper we were told that we would have to purchase toilet paper for the room ourselves, no mention of this on the hotels.com listing.
5. The day before checkout we received a message that we had to clean the room ourselves, no mention of this on the Hotels.com listing.
6. When we checked our at 11am, neither owner Valerie was not present.
