這次是商務出差，第一次入住這家酒店，酒店各個部門的工作人員態度都非常好，周邊環境不錯，交通很方便，唯一不好的就是沒有停車場，車只能停在旁邊的醫院停車場

The hotel reception staff was really helpful while i was experiencing some problems with the payment on wechat pay to the taxi driver, the reception lady did not hesitate to help me to get online and sort out the problem I was facing. The hotel location is good but not great, not centrally locates but it still has everything you need around. Approx 25 min from airport.

イビス自体は、よく利用しているし安心の品質でとても良かった。予約していない朝食もなんとか安く済むよう考えてくれたし。 けど、予約自体がエクスペディアからデータがいってなかったみたいで、チェックインの時、「あれ？今日は外賓の予約ないはずだけど…」とバタバタしてた。

The receptionists are very helpful when we stayed there. They gave many informations about which tour agent that recommended and very helpful giving tips on how to buy train tickets. The security guy downstair even help us to use the laundry machine that require alipay/wechat pay that we dont have so that we could wash our clothes.

Great hotel in great location. If you visit Kunming for transfer to other cities. Hotel is located in the direction to the train station if you would take the bus or taxi there or within 15-20 mins by walk. Comfy bed but the street noise could be heard as it is adjacent to the main road.

I will definitely stay at ibis Beijing Road in KunMing again. The rooms are very, very clean and had the basic things for a 3 star, including slippers! It was rainy season in July, so after the first night the bathroom had a leak from the ceiling. But management was quick to respond and gave me the same or better room for the inconvenience. The front desk staff was friendly and tried to help answer my questions via a translator app. I liked the ample choices at the breakfast buffet and the unexpected healthful snacks and drinks they had out for free for guests in the lobby--very refreshing after a day out! Note: The hotel is conveniently 2 bus stops from the KunMing Railway Station and on major bus lines.

The room may be a little small but it’s functional, clean and comfortable hence meeting our needs. It’s near to the Kunming railway train station with the high speed train from Dali and about 30-40 min drive to the airport. It’s about 4 stops to the Nanping Jie with all the shopping malls and there are affordable eateries servicing delicious local food within minutes of walk. It’s a value for money hotel. 👍😊

This hotel is located in Beijing road. It's easy to connect with subway and go to the airport or everywhere in Kunming. The hotel is very good and a bit better than Ibis standard. Room is large, clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. English skill is acceptable. This hotel is very good, convenience and reasonable price in Kunming.
