Okay stay - wonderful service

Karla was wonderful! So kind and helpful- she would get a 10/10! The hotel itself is not great- the shower has mold and things need replacing and updating. The window in the ceiling in the second bedroom is covered with paper towel- just as the primary shower is- these things should be fixed. Only one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom for 4 people for a 3 night stay. To get there was extremely complicated and the parking lots were either full or not accessible due to road closures. One at the hotel it is nice to be so close to Trevi fountain. Overall it was probably a 3 start hotel and could increase with some work done.

It is a very unique family style hotel and stuffs are super friendly! Mariel is so professional, she makes us feel like home. We also enjoyed the breakfast on the patio very much! Will definitely stay here next time come to Roma!

This is a very unique property and close to most of the historical sites. It is almost 50 steps away from the Trevi fountain and close to some amazing shopping and restaurants. The property is located on a quiet street and the rooms are very spacious. We stayed in a 2 bed 2 bath unit that came with its own small living and Kitchen area. The terrace is so cool and breakfast served by the staff is amazing. They squeeze fresh juice every morning and even put together some vegetarian items just for my family. All in all an amazing place. We would stay at this place again for sure.

Mariel and Karla began communication shortly after we booked. This was great. We knew what to expect and helped us get there. We do recommend booking a car through them, (the location is tricky at first)…just one thing after travel we don’t have to arrange. Try and use WhatApp for ease to communicate. The room was large and comfortable. The old building was fun, with modern improvement for enjoyment. The breakfast were perfect. Overall, I recommend. Very convent location in historical Rome.

Great property in a really awesome location. Walk a few steps and the Trevi fountain was literally there! So many restaurants and shops to choose from. We thank all the staff, Karla was super sweet and greeted us as soon as we got there. She also provided recommendations and was so hospitable. Breakfast was fantastic as well. As for parking, it seems like it could be a bit of a hassle (narrow street) and Ubers won’t drop you off in exact location because of this so you will have to walk to get to the door. However, they do provide private transfers (separate fee) if you ask and they will help you book it. We hope to be back soon!

Great property in central Rome, a minute walk from Trevi Fountain. Breakfast was great, we loved the terrace which we used in the evening as a peaceful escape from the busy restaurants. The staff, particularly Mariel, were fantastic.

Karla and Mariel made our stay even better with their attentiveness and excellent communication. We loved seeing them at breakfast. The hotel is a stones throw from the Trevi fountain but still quiet and in a safe location.

Our hosts were incredibly kind, cheerful, and helpful from the minute we arrived! Daily breakfast on the terrace was delicious and plentiful. There is an elevator in the building, which was greatly appreciated by my 82 year old Mom! The location is central and easily walkable to everything. There are countless shops and restaurants a few steps from the front door, and the Trevi Fountain is right around the corner! There is a clean laundromat approximately 1 minute walk from the front door. We had an excellent experience at this property, and I would definitely rent again.

Most amazing experience-everything top notch!

Not only was the room spacious and cool (it was really hot in Rome when we were there), but the hotel staff was amazing!!! They were so kind, helpful and easy to communicate with. We ended up getting in earlier than we initially thought but it was no problem, they were able to meet us early and actually had our room ready, which was so nice! Breakfast was great and the location was so convenient to everything (laundromat 1 min away--don't pack too much LOL). Additionally, they went out of their way for us. The last day, we were leaving very early for our train and since we would miss breakfast, they offered to get us a sandwich/salad and had it delivered to our room the night before. I have never stayed anywhere so accommodating and kind!!! I normally do not like staying in a hotel again when re-visiting a city but I will 100% stay here again when in Rome. Thank you so much!!!

Great place to stay. Trevi fountain on your doorstep and other main spots, shopping and dining spots all in walking distance. Even though it was incredibly busy outside we didn’t have any problems with noise. Breakfast on the rooftop patio was a great way to start each day. Mariel was a fantastic host and nothing was a problem if you had things to sort out. Would def stay again!

We loved our stay at the Casa Modelli. Mariel was incredibly helpful. Our family suite was roomy, spotlessly clean and air conditioned. Our stay included a delicious and ample breakfast (eggs cooked to order, fresh squeezed orange juice and a selection of pastries and fruit) every morning. The area around the Trevi fountain was quite busy with tourists, but our hotel directed us to a few excellent restaurants on quieter side streets.

Great little spot, amazing location walkable to all. Rooms very clean, well stocked and nicely decorated. Beds good quality. Staff is super attentive and caring, and goes above and beyond. Breakfast for free on a beautiful rooftop patio is just an added bonus. Small and lovely option for central Rome!

What we like: 1. Location, location, location. Right in the middle of the action, literary so close to Trevi fountain, but not the noise. 2. Mariel cook us breakfast daily, that is huge. That was with great option. Days that we leave early, she left us some food to eat…. 3. Very generous apartment size, we have a large living room, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Has refrigerator and some utensils if you buy food to go. 4. They pick you up from and to airport right to the front door. That being said, the price is not a value price, they are a little high, but understandable considering the above. Accommodation is not hotel accommodation, I had to ask extra towels, cleaning, extra soap and shampoo (we stayed for 8 nights). No conditioner. If you’re used to 5 star hotel, you may get disappointed.
