For perspective there are 5 of us: 2 adults and 3 kids (13, 11, 9). We had a two queen and pullout sofa bed. The room was a really cool design. A wall in the middle area with a TV on each side - one facing the two beds the other facing the sofa. Small kitchen was great - wish we used it more. Room was very clean and they cleaned every other day which we were fine with. One dock was they only left one roll of TP. We had to ask the desk for more which wasn’t a problem.
Shuttles to the parks were right on time every time. There’s only 4 rides in the morning to the parks and 4 rides back to the hotel in the afternoon but it’s a very quick 25 minute-ish walk.
The bar/restaurant seemed over priced ($23 for a 12 inch cheese pizza and 8.50 for a beer) but I honestly don’t know what’s expensive anymore for hotels. One of the bartenders was a bit snarky one night (my wife said she was hangry…) which is the only demerit from the staff. They have a desk area with a Universal employee that is very helpful.
Breakfast is awesome. Meats, potatoes, oatmeal, fruit, eggs, yogurt, cereal. 10/5. Don’t get breakfast out. Gym is also solid enough to get some work in in the morning.
Overall would definitely stay here again.
