Fue buena, entiendo que el hotel tiene muchas cosas para mejorar, pero en relación calidad precio está bastante bien.... antes de hacer la reservación ví los comentarios de los clientes y estaba un poco insegura, porque hay varios comentarios muy negativos, pero a esas personas que hacen esos comentarios les digo que si ustedes pagan un hotel tres estrellas no pueden pensar que es un 5... porque en mi propia experiencia me sentí muy bien con todo el personal, TODOS SON MUY ATENTOS Y CORDIALES.... siempre dispuestos a ayudar... gracias Antonio en la playita donde esperamos la hora de entrada y gracias María en recepción.... gracias a todos...

Not so great

Unfortunately my stay was not good, starting as soon as you check in. Over an hour to check in, staff was very unorganized. Rooms were clean, but very outdated, rusty, old, lamps were broken and the bathroom was horrible. Food was ok and for one of the restaurants you need it to reserve and even that it was disorganized and was not able to reserve either. The only good thing was the pool and the beach. Will not be returning no more.

you get for what you pay

this reassort I have been there before and it was an OK one, but now that I went back it is Horrible, starting with security, we came a little early because we used to come at least an hour early to avoid the be lines, but security did not allows in because we were not at3pm which it does state that check in is at 3pm, but again as said before people used to go early and check in at the from desk and just wait at the lobby for the room to be ready, no security were super rube to us, then it started raining and we were thank god inside the car, but there were other people that came in taxis, those people were getting wet and these security guard did not allow this people a family of 4 2 children and 2 adult to come in and not get wet. after that we went in the check in finished around 3:30 cause staff is not enough to check everyone in, went to eat there were nothing but burgers an salad, the pool were haft full, rooms have European plugs, so we have to go to the from desk again and rent one, don't know why we are in the Caribbean not in Europa for that. other things are like the hot as area to have dinner ad Lunch not enough air can come in as well as in the bathroom, you go to use it and you going to come out all wet from the sweet. I can say ore but that would be a book that I would have to write. so this is my last time going to that resort.
