Tried to communicate with Dan (sent 5 emails - only contact info given) and never heard back on any of my questions starting with where to park the car since he had the wrong space listed on key fob. People at reception helped me out and stated that this happens often with this apartment and they told owner but still has not been changed. Apartment was not very clean and dishes were left in the washer dirty so by the time we opened it the smell was pretty bad. Also no trash liners, no hand towels, no dish towels, and less than 1/2 roll of toilet paper in each bath with no back up. Very uncomfortable sofa and no seating on patio. Cheap and minimal kitchen utensils, plates, glasses, etc. It’s a shame because the apartment is pretty new and in a great location. Owner could make this five stars by spending just a little money and communicating with the guest. I did get emails from Dan but you could tell they were all auto response emails set to send during points of your stay since none addressed my questions. There is also no information book left in the property to tell you anything about the services or local area.
