The hotel is visibly old, with lots of dirty and worn carpets. The room was uncomfortable, and the bathroom was extremely dated and not very clean. Overall, a bad experience that I would not recommend.

The way to the hotel was not too long of a walk from Köln Hbf but since the streets are doing renovations, you have to walk around to a nearby street. Also the hotel was two annex, main one and the other one located on a map shown in the main office, look at your key room # and see which building you’re in… room was clean but whats up with the Curtains??? I feel like people can peek in and also no soundproof walls? I can hear others clearly talking and door shutting across the hallway… The shower and bathroom door does not fit… make it a slide in door so you don’t obstruct the toilet but I bet thats because of German building code??? yeah not a great feature… also no tables and no amenities in the room (no hot water boiler, etc.) Great thing is even if you forget to tell them ahead of time that you’ll be late for check-in (cell signal was bad for me and DB always ruining plans), they will put your keys in a lockbox outside and the code is sent to you separately before arriving… really nice! also if you need to leave the hotel early morning too that day before the main office opens, just put the keys back in the lockbox and reset number and your good to go

1. kattaki tek kişilik odalar çok küçük ama yeterli, havalandırma çok iyi değil. zemin kattaki odalara koridordaki cam tavanlardan ses geliyor, bu konuda iyleştirme yapılmalı. çalışanlar ilgili ve otel konumu çok iyi

Die Unterkunft ist sehr veraltet, es muss dringend saniert/renoviert werden. Man möchte sicher das die Kunden zufrieden kommen und gehen,vor allem auch gerne wiederkommen und diese Unterkunft weiter empfehlen. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung.

Nous avons réservé une chambre pour 3 avec un lit double et un canapé lit mais oh surprise l’hôtel n’a pas de chambre triple avec un canapé lit . Nous n’avions donc que deux lits pour 3. Heureusement que l’hôtel a été réactif et nous a donné une chambre de plus mais pas dans le même bâtiment . Le problème vient de la plate-forme qui ne met pas à jour ses annonces
