This is my regular hotel when I'm in Ottawa for business meetings since my company is headquartered there. Every time I go, it's the exact same experience. The staff is excellent. Rooms are very clean and spacious. Beds are comfortable. The breakfast is a very typical hotel breakfast that offers something for everyone. I've always found it kind of unique that this hotel always seems to have a little bit of an almost Mexican flair to the food, with things like pulled pork for breakfast. Such a small thing to complain about, but I really wish that these hotels would recognize that putting certain things in steam tables to keep them warm makes them gross (think hashbrowns)
