10/10 Exceptional

The staff are super friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided is first rate - the Hollaindese sauce in particular was spectacular! Our room was cosy with all the necessary amenities. The property itself is a traditional manor so it is a little tired in places but beautifully decorated. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

6/10 Good

The staff and breakfast were lovely. Unfortunately, the bedroom was very disappointing. Desperately needs decorating, stained carpet,/furniture dirty drawers, tired paint work. However, bed was extremely comfortable with good quality linens. Was also quiet.

We would stay again

A tired hotel and short staffed but friendly atmosphere, ample choices at the bar and good food with gluten free options made up for this. The hotel has a large garden. We would stay again.
