Hot rooms, very noisy if you choose lake view. View is beautiful but so noisy due to traffic and night life. Good breakfast provided and garage for rental car is nice and affordable.

Overall room is as expected. Old facility kept clean. Room was hot. No air circulation. Asked staff at hotel what the rate was if I extended one extra night. He checked and said it would be the same rate. The next morning when I went to pay for the extra night the same guy changed the price to a higher one. I checked out right after breakfast because I didn’t want to support a dishonest business.

Great location, staff, breakfast and the view from the breakfast area. Very convenient to walk to main attractions and restaurants. During our stay the toilet flush valve stuck and after reporting it, they come right away to fix it.

A well located hotel that is a bit tired round the edges. Friendly and good cleaners but the room needed updating and the heating pipes buried in the floor and walls of the bathroom meant the room was constantly over heated. A localização é boa pela facilidade de sair andando e já estar na parte principal do centro, porém a rua é muito barulhenta e o hotel tem um alerta sonoro cada vez que alguém entra na garagem, o barulho é um pouco chato e o quarto que ficamos não tinha um bom isolamento acústico. Staff bem simpático. café da manhã não é dos melhores, pão seco e pouca variedade, mas a vista para o lago é linda. Elevador velho e as portas batendo fazem muito barulho. É um pouco caro pela quantidade que oferece.

Good location but otherwise disappointing

Location was good, just on the edge of town and convenient for bus stop(s). Great view from breakfast. Although the price was reasonable the facilities were sub-par and there are some simple changes that could vastly improve the experience. Some reception service was poor - when we checked into our room there was a leak from the toilet - loud dripping and water all over the bathroom floor from this. The hotel is large and there are plenty of rooms so we expected to be switched without too much hassle, however when we raised the problem the reception staff had a look and said he would get some tools to "fix it". When we suggested if we could just be moved (since we'd had a long day) it was greeted with a reaction like we were being unreasonable and causing a fuss/problem. We did end up being moved but the reluctant/unfriendly attitude remained for the stay. That said, the cleaning and breakfast staff were helpful and friendly. Generally the rooms were a bit out dated and need some up keep (e.g., the bathrooms and key fob/door locks were really unreliable).

El equipo de Recepción se esmera en resolver la más mínima inquietud que tengas, hay 3 miembros 2 de los cuales se llaman Juano y Juan que te dan un servicio excelente. So vienes a Bariloche, hospédate en este hotel y te sentirás como en casa. Lo único que se puede mejorar son los alimentos del desayuno
