Must Stay!

It was wonderful! The check in staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The amenities were amazing! So thankful for this last minute hotel change from a not-so-nice accommodation.

Beach vacation

I stayed in the studio which was one room with a king size bed and sitting /kitchen/ dining area with a small refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, 2 burner hotplate, toaster and coffee pot. The room was disappointing because there was no balcony or outdoor patio as the larger rooms have. It felt like a hotel room with the window overlooking the blacktop. Last year I had stayed in the larger apartment style room with an outdoor balcony which was much nicer. I should have selected the larger room. I did enjoy the pool and lazy river areas very much.

My stay was not a good as I had wish but for the most part it was due to the weather. The problem I have with Grand Palms is they didn’t notify me upon checking that the indoor pool was closed for mains which was a huge let down especially after it was raining. So no beach and no pool for a few toddlers!!! Disappointed to say the least.

Great Family Complex with All amenities!

Even though the property is a vacation club it has a resort feel. Short interaction at check in to take tour and sign up for club. After showing no interest no further contact. Complex is very nice. Rooms are spotless and in excellent condition. Large pool area with hassle free shuttle service to beach. Only downside was stayed in room that adjoins another and single door in between was hollow and kids next door were heard clearly.

Customer service was phenomenal if i could give them 100 stars I would. The condo was beautiful. I also love the fact everything was near by.i Will be back again next year spring break l. My children didn’t even want to leave the pool. Thanks agin for the great stay

Emma are check in was so knowledgeable and very kind. She informed us of the amenities and local attractions and dining. Plenty to do in the area and in the resort.

Great location, clean, comfortable accommodations!

The 2 bedroom villa was great--beds were very comfortable, and everything was very clean. The pools and lazy river were a big hit with the teens. They also had a shuttle that ran on the hour to take people down to the beach, which was great! The only thing I didnt enjoy was during the check-in process, we felt pressured to participate in one of their club wyndham sales presentations for free gifts. After politely refusing 4 times, we were finally given our key and a map of the resort.
