The area was very close to all the action, the room was much bigger than we could’ve anticipated, it was clean, had all the amenities we needed, and the staff were very helpful. We stayed at Loft 105 for seven days and chose this property because of its convenient location and proximity to family. The place was very clean, and the kitchen was bright, well equipped, and had a large window. However, Loft 105 itself felt very dark and uncomfortable. The bed was placed in an area with only a very small window high on the wall, which made the sleeping area feel claustrophobic. I actually dreaded returning to the room. The sitting area with the couch and TV was also very small. In my opinion, the layout was poorly designed; the bedroom and kitchen areas should have been reversed. This property also operates more like an Airbnb than a hotel, with self check-in and no housekeeping during the stay. I do not mind that, but I do not remember it being clearly explained in the listing. My biggest concern is that the listing does not clearly show the specific room you are booking. Photos from different units are mixed together, with many bright and attractive rooms shown first. Guests should be able to see the actual unit before booking. We were also supposed to receive check-in instructions about 72 hours before arrival, but received them only on the day of check-in, which was stressful. Although the location was convenient and the unit was clean, I would not stay here again.

Great place with small kitchen that was fully equipped. Room was much smaller than we expected and “king size bed” felt more like a queen. The parking rate was good and also available parking on street was easy and reasonable. The instructions to get into the property and retrieve our key was clear and easy. They also were able to let us in a bit early which was nice. Also very responsive when we needed anything. Overall would recommend.
