The property was well placed for shopping in the strand and close to the ferry terminal. Jon the owner was very friendly. We stayed in the executive suite number 5. We had everything we needed in there and the welcome pack was a lovely touch. We would definitely stay at The Town House again.

I enjoyed my stay. Apartment was comfortable with small kitchen dining area, living area and bedroom. Laundry facilities in building. Location was very convenient. Central location in Douglas and short walk to ferry terminal.

Beautiful view over the bay

We stayed one night at the Town House as we had an early ferry the next day. The hotel manager allowed us to check in early with no extra charge so we could leave our bags and go exploring for the rest of the day. The two room suite had fantastic views into the bay and we enjoyed a bit of a relax after eating out just sitting and watching people walking along the Promenade. Would have been happy to have stayed a day or two longer.

Great concept of having hotel options in an apartment. Good location on seafront with easy access to shops, restaurants and public transport. Staff were lovely and helpful. Gym and laundry were a nice bonus for a small hotel. 2 minutes drive or 5 mins walk from ferry terminal. Only downside was the rear rooms look onto the back of other buildings, but didn’t bother us as we were out and about most of the day.

We booked a superior room with a sea view. It was everything you could want. The view over the water was superb. The fit out was great. The convenience to the ferry terminal was great as was the access to the bus. The breakfast basket was as comprehensive as we have ever had and satisfied our requirements excellently. As for Isle of Man, we did not know what to expect but it far exceeded our expectations, The steam train, the vintage electric railway, the train up the mountain and horse drawn tram was all very different and complemented the extensive bus network so we saw a lot. We could have stayed more than 3 nights.

we had a gorgeous apartment on the 2nd floor with fantastic views of the sea, amazing location 5 mins walk from the ferry terminal and the town centre is very close, the bus stop is right outside the hotel which is handy, we even got an email from the hotel asking what we would like in our welcome pack, That was a lovely touch, we are already considering booking again

This apartment had a beautiful bay window view of the sea and the little castle in the bay. There is a small lift which was great for bringing up luggage. There was a fully stocked kitchen and they provided bread, butter, jam and some cake/cookies, coffee and tea. The reception was able to print our boarding tickets, as apparently IOM airport doesn't take boarding tickets from mobile devices for some reason.

Wonderful place to stay in Douglas, Isle of Man

This facility is superb. My accommodation consisted of a living room, bedroom with en suite and a small kitchen. The bedroom and living room were spotless. I had a view out to the sea. The kitchen was very useful and was provided with tea, coffee, bread, butter/margarine and cakes. Very highly recommended.
