A sweet little treasure.

This is a lovely little boutique hotel in a pretty, small town close enough for all the attractions of Sintra but far enough away that it is not swarming with tourists. The hosts are very kind and helpful. The beds are comfortable and everything is very clean. There is a spotless swimming pool in a handkerchief sized garden full of beautiful flowers. The breakfast is delicious. Highly recommend! Just be aware that you will have to arrange your arrival time so someone can let you into the gated property. There is a little bell that is not immediately obvious to the left of the gate.

Uma agradável surpresa. Experiência se de hospedar num palecete, com obras de artes pra todos os lados. Atendimento impecável do Vitorino e sua equipe. O quarto é enorme, muito confortável Cama gigante com cobertas e travesseiros de qualidade superior. Chuveiro maravilhoso. A gente se sentiu morando num palacio real. This is a beautiful place. Our room was spacious and comfortable. It was behind a wall and after some initial worry about how to get in we saw a doorbell to ring. The staff is friendly and welcoming and he even brought drinks to our room for us as we were exhausted after bicycling in from Lisbon. Our quad room was plenty of space for our group.
