The cleanliness of the rooms, facility, the staff especially a young man by the name of Sandro(hope I spelled it right)and his associate as they work in pairs. I stayed 4 nights at KMM Hotel and had an overall pleasant experience. I had informed the hotel in advance that I would arrive late at night, and they kindly sent me a helpful message beforehand, which was reassuring. The front desk staff were friendly both at check-in and check-out, and communication felt smooth throughout my stay. During my stay, I tried both a room with a view and a Budget Room. If you want a more comfortable experience, I would recommend avoiding the Budget Room and choosing a better category instead. Breakfast was a nice surprise for a longer stay: although the overall selection was similar, they changed small items each morning, which showed consideration for guests staying multiple nights. The breakfast area also has a wonderful view overlooking the Old Town, and you can even see landmarks such as Narikala Fortress—absolutely beautiful. Location-wise, it’s not as close as hotels near Freedom Square, but for the price it offers good value: it’s about a 5-minute walk to Avlabari Metro Station, and you can also walk to the Old Town and the sulfur bath area. Overall, a good-value hotel with kind staff and great views—just choose your room type carefully.

The staff are very helpful and nice, the room is big and the balcony view is nice, and the location of the hotel is quite good, walk to old town around 5-8 mins, and many restaurant which is near hotel, walk around 3 mins, overall is good, the main problem is the washroom, the floor drain is quite slow

Great location for a nice hotel

I stayed there a couple of times, the second time I was in a 'budget double' and it was a 'budget double'. Location is very good - about 10 min walk (downhill) to the old town, 5-7 min walk to the nearest metro station, 20 min by taxi from the airport. It's a great shame they don't start the breakfast until 08:00. An earlier start would mean there wouldn't be such a crowd around the breakfast buffet when it opens. Excellent view of the old town and city from the brekfast restaurant.

Great hotel a throw away from the old town

My stay at KMM hotel was great! On arrival i was informed by the receptionist, a polite young lady, that my room is upgraded. The room though not huge was great with little balcony and everything you need plus some complimentary water and hot drinks. The room was clean and even though i did not request or leave the towels on the floor they were changed and the water bottles replaced. Breakfast was as everywhere else - normal buffet with enough items to choose. All hotel staff (reception, valet, restaurant, housekeeping) were great and really accommodating.

Beautiful city view from 2 balconies, excellent breakfast, great location- walking distance to restaurants, river etc Would be good to have some space to hang jackets etc in room outside the wardrobe. Also a bit noisy at night due to loud music- did not bother us but some people might not like it. Would recommend staying in the city view room.

First we got a strange room without window, but we asked to replace it and we got some other room with window. The view from room was not so good, but it was better to get room with window. Also once on towel was some hair. And I didn’t like that the breakfast started from 8 o’clock. So on the last day we were without breakfast due to this.
