家族5人で利用しました。ゲームやマンガ本があり、子供達も大喜びでした。部屋も綺麗で設備も整っており、本当に秘密基地の様でした。家族全員大満足でした。

家族5人（子供5歳、4歳、1歳）で宿泊しました。 宿泊前にお電話くださり、駐車場の案内も丁寧にしてくださいました。 宿泊中も、子供が騒がしかったのですが、終始親切にしてくださいました。 施設は、急な階段があるので、小さな子供は目が離せませんが、観光目的で寝るだけの場所と考えれば充分快適でした。 キッチンは食器、調理器具、調味料は自由に使えて、風呂はシャンプーやタオルが借りられました。 立地的には、両国駅、スカイツリー、歩いていけました。近くはないですが。 また機会があれば利用したいと思います。

初ゲストハウス

繁忙期でホテルが軒並み高額だったので、家族4人でもお値打ちに感じたこちらに決めました。 ゲストハウス初体験です。 到着時にフロントがなかったので、代表番号にTELをするとインターホンを鳴らして下さいとの事でしたが、貼り紙やや予約確認メールなどでわかりやすくしていただけると良いと思います。 車で行きましたが近隣の安い駐車場を尋ねるとわざわざ外まで出て教えてくださり、とても親切にしていただきました。 民家を改築した秘密基地のような子どもが喜ぶ作りです。 シャワー・トイレ共用でした。部屋数が少ない為、使用感はあまり気になりませんでしたが、子連れには脱衣所が狭く感じたのと脱衣所の仕切りがカーテンのみで不安だったのでフックを付けるなどしていただけると良いと思います。 お部屋は畳の部屋でした。TVや冷蔵庫は他の場所でシェアするので部屋にはほとんど備品はなく、さっぱりしています。家族4人(小学生1.幼児1)布団3枚で素泊まりの私たちには十分でしたが、布団4枚敷くのはつらいかもしれません。 また機会があればお世話になりたいと思います。
