We rented the premium room shown on the website with the large windows. When we arrived, the staff were very kind and allowed us to leave our luggage in the room even though it wasn’t ready yet. However, I quickly realized the pictures were misleading: instead of full-length windows, the room had half windows facing a construction site.
I expressed my disappointment to the staff member at the desk, but she refused to help—no room change, no supervisor contact, nothing. I even called Hotels.com, who tried to assist, but she still declined to issue a refund or let us cancel. She was completely uncooperative.
On the positive side, the place is clean and the bed is very comfortable. Unfortunately, the staff service was a big disappointment.
