Excellent location, very clean room, very friendly staff, good breakfast and an amazing ocean front view. What needs improvement is the elevators (long wait and they are constantly with those plastic protections as if there was someone moving all the time). Great bang for the buck.

We experienced a power outage at around 2:00 AM, and by the time we checked out at 8:00 AM, the electricity still had not been restored. Although the hotel had a generator, it only powered the elevator and hallway . Without electricity the AC wouldn’t work ,which made it extremely hot and uncomfortable, and no one was able to sleep. I spoke with the front desk, but they placed the blame entirely on the power company and did not offer any form of compensation or discount. I even mentioned that I would have slept better in my car, but that did not change their response. Overall, the lack of support and customer care during this situation was disappointing

Maintenant is poor, service slow, employees will help people who cut in line before they do the ones waiting... I had to change rooms and was given a room that was either occupied by someone else or hadn't been cleaned yet. That made me fear for my safety, and i felt the need to take my belongings with me every time i left the hotel because i didnt know if they would give another guest my room by mistake. Another guest made me feel uncomfortable in the elevator. When i brought this up to the front desk the dismissed it saying he was a regular guest and that's just how he is. I will definitely not be back

Foi uma experiência razoável e um tanto frustrante, nas fotos aprecia uma maquina da Nespressso, levei cápsulas e quando cheguei no quarto tinha uma cafeteira elétrica, quando fui abrir para preparar o cafe, tive uma surpresa, ela estava bem suja, acredito que de semanas... pois estava muito empoeirada e com resto de café, o pó já estava com mofo e isso foi ruim. Pedi para trocarem e o que recebi foi um detergente e uma bucha para lava-la. Os utensílios de cozinha não estavam no quarto, tive que pedi e acabei não usando por que ainda assim faltou o pano de prato e pia. O quarto tinha uma baratinha andando por baixo da cama, e tinha um pouco de cheiro de mofo, depois de abrir a janela isso passou. A roupa de cama estava limpa e dormimos eu, minha esposa e minha filha na mesma cama, que era gigantesca. Mas tive que pedir a roupa de cama e tolha de banho da minha filha, porque não deixaram no quarto. O café da manha estava delicioso, esse foi o ponto forte da nossa estada, no entanto, no segundo dia resolvemos jantar no restaurante e foi ruim a experiência, pedimos nossos pratos e demorou mais de 1:30 para ficar pronto. Para amenizar o problema da cafeteira, ganhamos uma cortesia para o cafe da manha do segundo dia. Atenciosamente Macedo Junior
