This hotel was budget friendly and it was close to the exit going up to Zion. However, the bed was quite uncomfortable and it had limited outlets for charging our devices. It had limited menu choices for breakfast.

Great one night stop over to visit Zion

We only spent one night so difficult to give an in depth review. Certainly check in was fine and we slept very soundly. Very good parking facilities in an enclosed car park. A very tasty Indian restaurant on site and they provided boxes to ary unfinished meals if necessary. The hotel serves a simple but adequate breakfast serving from 6am. For us it was very well placed for visiting Zion Canyon. Would certainly consider booking again.

Perfectly adequate...

Reflecting on our stay, the experience could best be described as perfectly adequate. The room was serviceable—neither notably impressive nor problematic—but would benefit from a more thorough cleaning. The window frames were noticeably dirty, and the hallways appeared to have gone some time without being vacuumed. On the positive side, the property offers ample parking and is conveniently located for visitors exploring Zion and Bryce Canyon National Parks. The complimentary breakfast was basic but provided a sufficient variety of options. However, the widespread use of single-use plastics was a disappointing aspect, particularly from an environmental standpoint.

Gentlemen at the front counter check in was super helpful. What ruin the trip as we were packing up, and my sock rolled under the bed. Where I unfortunately found a half eaten burger there. Definitely ended my trip on a ick note.

Check in was quick and easy; attendant friendly. Hallways do not appear to have been vacuumed for months and the rooms were not real clean. We found an old sock on the windowsill and the room itself in disrepair. The beds were comfortable.

Affordable and friendly

Overall a pleasant and affordable place to stay right near Zion. The rooms seem to have some newer upgrades, plus they have a fridge and microwave. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They provide breakfast, which is your standard basic breakfast. It really has all the amenities we needed for the price. We stayed 3 nights and my only complaint was (the room was pretty clean) housekeeping could pay extra attention to the small cleaning details.

Get ready for the bare minimum.

Okay, if you want a place to lay your head, and you don't care that you have to speak up if you want your room even (partially) cleaned, or a baseline breakfast (waffles, pancakes, a piece of fruit, yogurt, cereal, you'll be fine. But the hospitality staff EXPECTS a tip - ours left an ENVELOPE next to the TV titled, "housekeeping". 1. You make an hourly wage. 2. Actually do your job to completion - left the bed messy, but replaced the towels and toiletries, took out trash...didn't vacuum.

Nice stay for the price

Average room quality at below average room pricing for the area. We only booked just in case we needed a stay; which we ended up needing. The room was nice but was a little noisy due to being located need the door/stairway.

Never again

No one was there when we checked in and waited about ten minutes for someone to come. The room was scary and the bathroom too. The bed has clean sheets which was nice.
