I booked 2 standard rooms for an event. The carpet are really old and dirty. I laid down one of the towels just so I don’t step on them after shower. Fixtures needed some cleaning. In 1 room cable was not working, the AC wasn’t working properly thank goodness it at least provides a little cool and fan. The staff are friendly and provides assistance right away.

Room rate excellent for what was provided. Staff was extremely helpful and efficient. Building has pests. Wifi is slow and is not always available.

Everything about the Advertisement on Expedia including picture and amenities is all false. I wouldn't even check in. Then they refused to give refund.

The hotel had 24h spa service. No elevator. The sheets had stains.

Not a good place to sleep and get rest.
The room is very outdated with lots of visbile wear and tear in the carpet, head board, bed frame etc. I found some hair on the duvet (comforter cover). The room lacks basic sound proofing so you can hear other guess who are very loud past 12MN!! There was no tissue paper in the bathroom when I checked in and had to request for it which was brought to me right away. They also put a sign that the spa was available 24/7 but the therapist is gone before MN. Will not stay here again.
My toilet clogged the next day and was not able to flush.

We booked for a family room 10 days before the date to check in. Upon arrival we were informed that there is a problem with the room and that if we can wait while it is being fixed. After few minutes, we were asked to temporarily occupy a double room. Then we were informed that the problem cant be fixed and that they will provide an extra small room on the nxt floor without TV. There is no actual parking lot you just have to park on the road infront of the hotel first come first serve. No available in house restaurant or canteen to eat but the place is accessible to SM San Lazaro. The staff are freindly and accomodating. The classification of 3 star maybe inappropriate.
