As instalações são excelentes. O quarto muito confortável, com uma cama enorme. Ar condicionado funcionando perfeitamente, tv smart. Varanda e sala muito aconchegantes. Boas facilidades. Muito perto da praia. Café da manhã muito bom, porém é feito por um restaurante dentro do edifício, e acaba sendo chato o controle diário de quem tem café incluso ou não na diária, causando inclusive alguns desconfortos. A piscina excelente, com boa estrutura. Com certeza, indicaria e voltaria a me hospedar.

Ninho de baratas, por onde andava cruzava com um desses insetos, esse é um dos principais pontos. No quarto e no hotel tinha tudo, mas tudo muito velho. As tomadas são antigas, se vc precisasse de uma tomada de 3 pinos era raro. Mobília emperrada, colchão rasgado, etc. Como falei, tinha tudo, mas precisa mudar mobília, móveis, refoma no quarto etc. A limpeza dentro do hotel tbm era sofrível. Cortaram a grama numa sexta-feira e sujou a piscina, o que é compreensível. O que não é compreensível a piscina ainda estar suja na quarta-feira da outra semana. O café da manhã era horrível! Aliás, chamar de horrível era elogio. Pão com gosto de velho, bolos extremamente secos, o café era queimado e parecia requentado. Teve uma manhã que uma das opções era copos de catchup. Parece que todo o café da manhã era disponibiilizado com as piores opções. Uma bandeija de margarina da pior possível. Enfim, o pessoal que trabalhava parecia muito empenhado, muito gentis e prestativos, mas me parece que faziam o melhor pelo que era disponibilizado pela administração. A localização era muito boa e aparentemente todos os quartos possuíam vista para a piscina e para o mar, mas muito quente o hotel. Enfim, depois de uma boa reforma e uma boa gestão, tem grande potencial, mas não recomendo hoje.

Estado geral ruim, limpeza precaria, torneira de pia ruim, banheiro sem box, tampa do vazo quebrado, tenho certeza que o dono do flat não vai lá faz muito tempo, um dono não deixaria o patrimônio dele naquele estado, azuleijos muitos sujos, armário da cozinha se soltando da parede gerando riscos, ar condicionado com infiltração, falta cuidado no geral

No geral a estadia foi boa. O diferencial desse hotel são os funcionários que são muito educados, compreensivos, sempre solícitos me senti muito bem atendida por todos. O café da manhã é excelente. Não vou dá cinco estrelas pois a cama realmente é péssima. O colchão afunda fiquei com dor nas costas os dias que dormir nele. Tem que ser trocado com urgência. No mais tudo dentro do esperado
