作為古屋體驗是不錯的選擇, 拍攝相片有特色, 漂亮, 好想了解此屋歷史, 應該是大戶人家遺留下的古屋, 強烈推薦十號房作為場景拍攝或影樓背景 要住的話設施有待改善, 如水龍頭鬆脫, 花灑水壓過低, 地氈有異味... 此區的 family room 選擇太少, 唯有接受

Overall I am very satisfied with OYO. The reception manager is ver nice and helpful and one I must mention is the breakfast. It is very good and delicious and there are a few you can choose so you can try different kind of breakfast if you stay a few days. Also the location is very easy to find and it is just 20 minutes away from the city Centre.

Nice reception service, comfortable and good breakfast, good experience to explore how a big and old house (good maintenace and decorations) look like, happy to see grape hung outside the sitting room windows, big chestnut tree with chestnut near car park.

I’d never stay here again, nor recommend it to others. Disappointing on almost every level. Complicated check-in where a code is supposed to be sent to your phone, doesn’t arrive and you end up having to phone an out of hours number. Grubby public areas and staircase. Pokey room with furniture stuffed into it. Dirty carpet. Noisy toilet. Tricky shower. Shampoo in a foil sachet like ketchup for your chips.

Lovely location in Bath, and the staff lady there was really friendly and helpful. I was put into a room with the biggest four poster bed I've ever had and slept quite well. Breakfast was lovely. I do have some things to note though that they could improve upon. Parts of the room were quite tired with wallpaper coming off the wall in places, and the lampshade above the four poster was a veritable graveyard for flies which was a bit gross. Two of the electric sockets didn't work in the room either. That said, I did enjoy my stay there and it was excellent for the price. With a bit of TLC on the property, this place would be exceptional.

The room was clean, bedding, etc. The floors were aweful squeaky, so we could hear when the folks in the room above us moved around, so between the night owls above us, and our own night visits to the rest room..it wasn't a restful sleep. It's an old historic building and beautiful, but definitely needs tlc in the rooms, and most definitely the floors. The building is unmanned which we did not realize until check in for those who prefer on prem staffing.The hot breakfast was good, but pricey for the serving size provided. Breakfast is served between 8-9:30 as an fyi.The breakfast staff member was amazing and friendly!

The initial booking in was a nightmare as we were not sent the check in email. Had it not been for friends travelling with us we would not have got access as even after Expedia customer services tried we still couldn't check in. Adding to that the third couple that we were travelling with had not been booked by expedia i tobthe hotel despite having a confirmation email fro january 2025! The room was in poor condition with black mould in the shower. Floor tiles on the shower not bonded to the floor well and grouting cracked. Fitted carpets not actually fitted properly and looked like a patch job. The plug socket for the room kettle was not working and as such we had to carry boiling water across the room from the only working sockets. The front edge of the shelf behindcthe toilet had a dangerous edge with no rounded tile trim the exposed cut edge of the tile making it hazardous if the bathroom floor was wet. No hot water for showering. However on the plus side breakfast was of a good quality and fresh the staff were very friendly and clearly made the best of a bad situation with Vipin going above and beyond waiting for us to arrive beyond his finishing time to assist us getting us all accommodated.

1. Unlit driveway entrance making it hard to find after dark.. 2 . No reception for enquiries we had for extra supplies needed 3. Uneven floors underneath very dated carpets making it dangerous for anyone unsteady on feet 4. Worn out firnishings ..like Ripped couch in one of rooms, very tired wing chairs that need reupholstry 5. Unclean conditions Sadly we had not much choice at the time of booking so had to settle for this place On the passable ... Bedding was clean & down was confortable We had the lower garden suite with 2nd bedroom ..thd extra space was good. Bathroom refreshed but not for a person taller than 6' !

Location was excellent. Check in was smooth. Towels and bedding were clean. The rooms were warm and that’s where the bad stuff starts. The decor was clean but very uninspiring, the furnishings some were old and dirty and damaged. This could all be improved. What can’t be changed is the second bedroom. This room has two single beds between the main bed room and the bathroom. I’m not claustrophobic but I’m not exaggerating to say I had a panic attack sleeping in there. It’s a big room with no windows, it was pitch black with lights off and unbearably warm. There was a night light provided which was too bright and if you open the door to the bathroom which was cold there was a constant drip. I found it oppressive and barely slept. The bath room was ok for one night but I wouldn’t want to shower there, they’ve tried to make it look good but it’s shabby and tiny with a very low roof. With an update on the furnishings and layout the rest could be improved but the second bedroom without any natural light or air can’t be changed. Not to put people off just so your aware .

Absolutely atrocious room nothing like the pictures, threadbare/rodent eaten carpet. Rodent trap in the room, constant trickling from toilet, tears in furniture, tv not working, windows cracked and with a hole in one pane. We did not stay

V old property

This is clearly a new property for Oyo judging by the temporary signs, non working mobile number at the entrance, temporary heaters in public areas etc It is a very old building suffering from its age; damaged ceilings, poor paintwork, loose shower fittings to name what was immediately obvious. I’m sure it’ll improve but needs serious investment.

Clearly the building is undergoing refurbishment, much needed. Beds were fine, bathroom needs upgrade asap. Shower wall attachment did not work. New carpet needed.
