Great resort hotel that works well for families. Breakfast buffet is excellent - you could stay a week and have an entirely different delicious meal every morning. The two restaurants are great as well, makes lunch and dinner easy without going anywhere. Staff are always super helpful and friendly - I cannot state this enough. Rooms are clean, large and comfortable. It's also nice to walk into a fresh room with music playing - a cheerful welcome. Our family especially enjoys the pool, splash park and giant chess. I like the band in the evening.

The swimming pool was great for the kids, they provided kids life vests so they were safe. The entrance to the waterpark was convenient. The beach was close too, can either walk for 5mins or take the hotel buggy. Parking area was close to our room, we registered during check-in and so the entry through the gantry was seamless. However, there were locks for the toilet.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It’s incredibly family-friendly, and one of the best parts is the direct access to the water park right next door — super convenient and fun for kids. The staff were very friendly and attentive throughout our stay. I was pleasantly surprised when they added an extra bed to our king room without me even asking and at no additional charge. It really showed how thoughtful they are and how much they value their guests. Highly appreciate the attention to detail. I would definitely recommend to stay here!
