Beautiful riverside hotel

A very good hotel where the rooftop swimming pool can over look the river. The hotel itself is beautifully built and the staff are very nice and helpful . There is a free hotel shuttle bus connecting to Hoi An beach which is also a check out point that can be missed. Excellent!!!

Hotel is good but spa service is disappointing

The hotel is great. Staff is friendly and helpful, especially the bell boy and reception girl. The room is spacious and decorated with classic furniture, which is appealing. Our room is with river view. But I do not recommend to pay extract money for the river view which is not special. You can also enjoy the river view at the downstairs restaurant. Location is good. Only few minutes walk to the old market. We also booked the signature spa in the hotel. But the spa is disappointing. The service of the spa staff is not comparable to other hotel staff. There is a small window on the door of the spa room. People can look into the room when passing by.... There are lots of spa with lower charges nearby. I recommend to choose one of them, instead of having spa at the hotel.

We enjoy the variety selection and delicious breakfast. My room face to riverside is peaceful and the hotel so nice to provide welcome fruits. We were back to the hotel by the boat with lanterns from Hoi An. The hotel offer free complimentary lunch. It was very very great. Must be back to little river side luxury SPA again

Godt hotel med super beliggenhed.

Skønt hotel med fantastisk beliggenhed. Hoi An er en super hyggelig (og meget turistet) by. Hotellet ligger lige i udkanten af der hvor der er mest gang i den og det er rart at man kan trække sig lidt tilbage. Super lækkert hotel med gode faciliteter. Lån en cykel og kør en tur rundt i byen, eller tag en tur i deres fantastiske Spa. HUSK dog lige at bed om begge proslister inden du melder dig til en omgang massage. Først hører man en pris og så når man møder op siger de "nåhhh, du skal have en rigtig massag og ikke bare en hygge massage, så er det en anden pris end først oplyst". Der er desuden et dejligt pool område på tagetagen, men dog med begrænset antal pladser.

Pequeño hotel, gran servicio e instalaciones 100%

El hotel es muy bonito, las habitaciones amplias y muy cómodas, el baño espacioso y funcional. En general el hotel es excelente en cuanto a sus instalaciones y ubicado a las afueras del centro pero a una distancia ideal, que lo hace estar en un área silenciosa pero muy conectada y a no más de 10 minutos a pie del centro. La comida muy buena y el servicio extraordinario. El spa muy recomendable también y a buen precio.

What a pleasant place to stay! From the front desk to the cleaners, everyone was kind and courteous and made you feel like family! Everyone was very helpful in getting us around Hoi An, into shows, boats, whatever we desired. If you’re visiting Hoi An and want to be on the water near Old Town, this is the place for you!
