O hotel em si é maravilhoso refeições excelentes, muitas opções de lazer dentro do próprio local, salão de jogos, quadras de tênis, futebol, vôlei de areia, piscinas. O quarto apesar de simples é muito aconchegante. Únicas ressalvas que eu colocaria são a academia com equipamentos bem ultrapassados e a tv que não tinha um sinal bom quando queríamos assistir algo no final da noite. Mas tirando esses dois pontos recomendo demais.

O Hotel atendeu as nossas expectativas. Todas as refeições foram excelentes. A limpeza dos quartos, roupa de cama estavam dentro do padrão esperado. Quanto a estrutura física do quarto, acho que merecem umas pequenas reforma de adequação. Não tem agua quente na torneira do lavatório do banheiro, o que para uma região fria e mais procurada nos dias frios, é muito importante.

O hotel é incrível, comida extremamente boa, com fartura e cardápio novos em todas as refeições. O lazer é muito completo, com quadras de futvôlei, a quadra de futebol me impressionou pela qualidade dela, quadra de tênis, fora a sala de jogos com vários jogos e a lareira pra esquentar em dias frios. As piscinas são maravilhosas, aquecidas e naturais. A quique de funcionário é de uma extrema qualidade, prestativos e educados, fomos super bem tratados por todos, inclusive o sr André, o proprietário, muito gentil com os hóspedes e sempre presente. Os bichos são hiper bem cuidados e a estrutura toda corresponde. A cidade de Serra negra é linda e segura, oferece atrações acessíveis para todos. O quarto é super limpo, o apartamento que nós ficamos, tem a vista pra montanha lindíssima, os chalés não ficamos, mas parecem ser muito bem organizados. Uma dica: se for em casal sem crianças, vá no apartamento, não irão se arrepender. Com certeza, irei ficar mais vezes no Akropolis. Podem ir sem medo, pois não irão se arrepender, na verdade irão ficar com saudade quando forem embora.
