When we did pre-check-in; the lady was very kind & professional. She acknowledged I had made the reservation needing a wheelchair accesible room because of my health condition, but because we were early she pre-checked us in & said I would get a call when our room was ready. She mentioned it was an accesible room on the 5th floor with a nice view & once we get called to look for her to avoid the long line so she could hand over the room keys. When we finally get the call she was not around (her shift had ended) so we had to endure a long line again. The young lady that took “care” of us this time was the absolute worst. Was very dry, her face & attitude portrayed as one who didn’t want to work there. Didn’t give us the room on the 5th floor as we were originally told, said she didn’t even know I needed an accesible room. That there was no difference from it but a “bar” on the shower (which i NEED). Once we got into the room, the floor was a bit dirty, the right sink was clogged which is gross. The left curtain was torn which allows outside lights come in during the nights. We weren’t able to use one of the breakfast vouchers and asked if at least that could had been refunded to our account but no the answer was no. Bed & pillows were hard to sleep on. I have a tumor on my spine, this was the 1st outing since I got Cancer in 2024 & was looking forward to a mini vacation. We booked it with high expectations but left disappointed. Sadly we would not return after this experience.
